Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payments via Paypal, Personal Cheque, Postal Order or Bankers Draft. If you are an international shopper, please contact us with your item details that you intend to buy where we will give you a price for the shipping.
MadCraft 74 do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged for until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may notify us of your intention and send payment by post. NB: Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared (please allow 3-7 working days) as this could cause unpaid items being sent out and preventing other customers from being able to take advantage of the low prices offered.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling
At present, MadCraft 74 offer a low shipping charge on all orders under £30.00 which will be charged at £2.75 no matter what the item(s) are. All orders over £30.00 receive free shipping to anywhere within the UK.
If you are ordering outside the UK, please contact us where we will give you the minimum postage rate possible in order to ensure your custom and satisfaction. |
Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver your order to you a fast and efficient manner via 1st Class Royal Mail. We will normally send your order out either the same/following day if paid via Paypal but should you be paying by Personal Cheque, Postal Order or Bankers Draft, your order will be dispatched once the funds have cleared, therefore please allow 3-7 business days. International orders may take longer but we will notify you once your order has been shipped.
You must inform us within 2 weeks if the goods are lost or 2 working days if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem with efficiency to yourself. Please quote your order number in all correspondence so that the order can be tracked with immediate effect.
You agree that unless we are notified within the time period specified, we are not liable for any loss or damage to the product(s) and therefore no claim can be made. This is again to ensure that all customers receive the continuous low prices offered to you. |
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
Tax Charges
For orders made 17.5% VAT is added and this is included in the price shown at the side of each product. |
Credit Card Security
At present, we are unable to offer credit card payments due to the start of a new business and low prices offered.
Should we be able to offer this facility in the future, credit card numbers will be encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They will not be held in clear text on any web site. |

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products are quality checked upon receipt at MadCraft 74 but if you have a problem, please do not hesitate to contact us. Unless there is a genuine manufacturers fault, we are not liable once the goods leave our premises. |

MadCraft 74 do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
